	Please complete the following application for enrollment into GYCU Online, DWF Online, ICMMC Online Courses which are under the umbrella of B J Ministries Online Courses. Your application will be processed and our Online Enrollment Department will contacted soon. Please review the section are internet course right for you oreintation before completing the below application.

The following application is two parts. The first part is information, and the second part is an admission essay. Please submit the admission essay to onlineenrollment@gycu.org with in 7 business days after submitting section one of the application.

All application that do not included both parts will not be considered for enrollment. Part One and Part Two

Enrollment into which program?

Part Two

Each Potential Enrollee will submit an admission essay of at least 1000 words describing your Christian experience. Include your background, your conversion, your salvation experience and your spiritual walk since conversion. Include situations, circumstances that you have encountered and how you have overcome those triumphs through God.

Please submit the essay to: onlineenrollment@gycu.org include your name, date of part one of application, and a contact email address.
